Where We Ship

We ship globally to most countries around the world.
If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard International Shipping:

6–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local delivery services, or unforeseen delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Returns

We hope you and your tiny ones love your our pieces! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • The return is requested within the allowed return window

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalised products

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@tinytommy.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage if required.
